*#92702689# - takes you to a secret menu where you may find some of the information below:
1. Displays Serial Number.
2. Displays the Month and Year of Manufacture
3. Displays (if there) the date where the phone was purchased (MMYY)
4. Displays the date of the last repair - if found (0000)
5. Shows life timer of phone (time passes since last start)

*#3370# - Enhanced Full Rate Codec (EFR) activation. Increase signal strength, better signal reception. It also help if u want to use GPRS and the service is not responding or too slow. Phone battery will drain faster though.

*#3370* - (EFR) deactivation. Phone will automatically restart. Increase battery life by 30% because phone receives less signal from network.

*#4720# - Half Rate Codec activation.

*#4720* - Half Rate Codec deactivation. The phone will automatically restart

If you forgot wallet code for Nokia S60 phone, use this code reset: *#7370925538#

Note, your data in the wallet will be erased. Phone will ask you the lock code. Default lock code is: 12345

Press *#3925538# to delete the contents and code of wallet.

Unlock service provider: Insert sim, turn phone on and press vol up(arrow keys) for 3 seconds, should say pin code. Press C,then press * message should flash, press * again and 04*pin*pin*pin# \
*#7328748263373738# resets security code.

Default security code is 12345

Change closed caller group (settings >security settings>user groups) to 00000 and ure phone will sound the message tone when you are near a radar speed trap. Setting it to 500 will cause your phone 2 set off security alarms at shop exits, gr8 for practical jokes! (works with some of the Nokia phones.) Press and hold "0" on the main screen to open wap browser.

These codes will work on most Nokia Mobile Phones to activate/deactivate advanced hidden functions that you can’t change through the phone menu

One useful function that all Nokia’s I’ve owned have is “Cell Info Display” which can usually be found in the phones “Display settings” (eg: in a Nokia 1600) or “Phone Settings” (eg: in a Nokia 3315)

If your network supports it, when “Cell Info Display” is enabled, it will display the name of the base station your mobile is currently connected to on the screen. eg: when i’m walking around the city it says “Sydney CBD” and when i’m at home it displays the name of my suburb.

To display “p” press “*” three times within one second, To display “w” press “*” four times within one second, To display “+” press twice “*” within less than a second

pořídil jsem si Vodafone Extra aneb šetřete ještě VÍCE :o)

O víkendu mi volal otec, že jestli jsem si ještě nevybral žádný telefon od Vodafone po 2  letech za úžasnou cenu, kterou dostanu v každém obchodě s mobily, tak si můžu aktivovat Vodafone Extra balíček, kdy za 10 procent ceny tarifu, tzn. 35 Kč dostanu 40 procent, tzn. 140 Kč (na webu je tedy uvedeno 105 Kč, ale to neřeším, asi je to bez DPH).

Takže jsem si ten balíček už aktivoval, sice mi to deaktivovalo jiný balíček, kdy za 20 procent ceny dostanu asi 40 nebo co to je, jmenuje se to Extra Nabito. Ale to není žádná omezená akce, takže doufám, že bude dostupný i po expiraci téhle omezené 12ti měsíční nabídky.

Proč to píšu? Před nedávnem jsem si povídal s jednou slečnou, co taky používala Vodafone a zjistili jsme, že by klidně mohla ušetřit až stokoruny měsíčně, kdyby se jen trošku zamyslela.

Zaprvé je tedy možno si aktivovat službu Po svém.

klady: po vyčerpání volných minut máte levnější služby o 20 procent, dostáváte podrobnou fakturu ve formě PDF, nedostáváte písemnou fakturu každý měsíc do schránky - mě osobně tato služba absolutně vyhovuje, nesnáším každý měsíc nevyžádané dopisy (viď Hypoteční banko!, Patria Finance, BrokerJete, reklamí letáky RB, bývalá eBanko, ...) a myslím, že automaticky dostáváte nějakou chytrou SIM kartu pro GSM banking nebo co

zápory: nemožnost volat na operátorskou linku, to mi vůbec nevadí, všechno si nastavuji v internetové samoobsluze a upřímně, poslouchat ty kecy operátorů, kteří většinou netuší, o čem to vlastně mluví, to fakt nemusím, už jsem alergický na operátorky eBanky a dostat nějakou výhodu za oproštění od této služby od Vodafone, to je něco, co chci!

Zadruhé, pokud máte nárok po 2 letech, pokud jste neobjednávali telefon, objednejte si službu Vodafone Extra. (výhody jsem už popsal)

Zatřetí, pokud jste telefonu využili nebo ještě s Vodafonem nejste tak dlouho, objednejte si službu Vodafone Extra Nabito.

To je asi všechno, co bych k Vodafonnímu tarifu doporučil :o)

Před nedávnem jsem si koupil telefon Nokia N73 a několik týdnů poté jsem se rozpomněl na upozornění na SMS cab.aac, které jsem kdysi používal na Nokii N70, která ho měla v základní nabídce.

Chvíli jsem ho hledal, podle diskusí na netu jsem očividně nebyl sám, ale nenašel jsem ho. Až včera jsem objevil website Nokiasymbianthemes.com a tam byla celá sada zvonění nejen z nokie N70, ale pro všechny v současnosti prodávané nokie.

Takže jsem zvonění vyhledal, našel a kdo ho chce, může ho mít odsud.

lyžování v Harrachově

20.12.2007 jsme byli se známýma lyžovat v Harrachově, pár technických info:
1) vzdálenost Praha -> Harrachov je přesně 300 km tam i zpět (tzn. 150 tam a 150 zpět )
2) půjčení lyží, hůlek a bot za asi 220 Kč
3) celodenní parkovné 50 Kč
4) permanentka na celý den 530 Kč ( zhruba )
5) párek v rohlíku 40 Kč
6) kusovka v bufetu nad svahem 5 Kč
7) foceno foťákem Nokia N70

Need for speed PRO STREET

Neodolal jsem a stáhnul jsem si do mobilu hru Need for speed pro street za 90 Kč.
(mimochodem, pokud chce někdo ušetřit, podívejte se sem, jestli přes torrent něco, třeba s označením Mobile, už někdo nenasdílel )

Není to tak hrozné, cenově to pro mě odpovídá.
Zvuk je příšerný, hra je hratelná, přijde mi to až příliš jednoduché, ale zatím jsem si tam projel jen 2 trasy, možná to bude obtížnější. ( občas se mi dokonce zdálo, že auto zatáčí samo ).
Na fóru si lidi stěžují, že i na novějších Nokiích jim to jde pomalu a že se to dost trhá. Osobně jsem na tyto věci háklivý, tzn. kdyby tomu tak bylo, dost by mi to vadilo, ale na mé loserovské Nokii N70 to běželo v pohodě.
